Availability, Production & Ordering

Every Greatlander Top Hatch incubator is individually assembled, tested and calibrated in our Queensland workshop.

Unlike our bench-top incubators, we do not normally carry completed Top Hatch cabinet machines in stock. Instead, Greatlander maintains a production schedule throughout the year. In many cases, "available" means that all of the components and materials required to build your machine are already on hand and allocated for production.

Demand for different models varies from season to season, and from time to time individual cabinet sizes may be awaiting their next production run of panel kits.

Please contact us before placing an online order to confirm the current production schedule, estimated delivery time and freight options.

To avoid disappointment and the need to process refunds, we ask customers not to place an online order for a Top Hatch cabinet incubator until availability has been confirmed.
