After-Sales Support

Greatlander builds, repairs and supports its own equipment.

Every Greatlander incubator is given a unique barcode number when it is built. A copy of its settings sheet, calibration values and works check sheet is permanently retained in our workshop records.

We have kept these records for every incubator we have built since the first one.

This becomes particularly useful as machines grow older and change hands.

A Greatlander incubator may eventually be with its second, third or fourth owner. It may also have moved to another part of Australia or be used to incubate a different species.

The new owner can contact us with the machine's barcode number and we can retrieve the original settings and calibration values recorded for that particular machine.

Those records can also be important if factory default values have been restored or controller settings have otherwise been lost. Calibration values, turning duration and other parameters will vary between individual machines and applications.

We continue to support Greatlander equipment when it changes hands. The machine may have a new owner, but its original workshop record remains here.
