The turning motor module is a self-contained unit.
It is constantly powered through its twin-wire cable.
To troubleshoot, test that there’s power at the figure-eight socket on the end of the cable.
• Careful, it’s 240VAC. Unplug the machine.
• Set the voltmeter to 500VAC.
• Insert the probes into the figure-eight socket.
• Plug the machine back in and the meter should read 240+/- volts.

If there is power to the motor, then you need this replacement motor.
