Kit contents

1. 24 VDC ultra-sonic humidifier puck, 28.8 W, 300 ml/h, nickel-plated with ceramic element.
2. 240 VAC to 24 VDC, 1.0 A switching power adapter, C-Tick and SSA approved.
3. PVC splash guard, Ø50 mm, centre-drilled Ø17 mm for cable grommet.
4. Cable ties: two × 150 mm × 3 mm and three × 100 mm × 1.5 mm.

Note: If necessary, adjust the float valve so that the water level just submerges the puck. The correct water level is reached when the puck begins to produce fog.

Fitted as standard equipment to new Greatlander incubators, the Ultra-Sonic Humidifier Kit is also available as an easy retrofit for existing Greatlander machines.

It may also be suitable for other brands of incubator, provided that the machine has:

a) A humidity sensor.

b) A humidity controller with a 240 VAC output signal.

c) A water reservoir with automatic level control capable of maintaining the correct water depth over the humidifier puck.
