`TOP HATCH' - HEATERS
The absence in this list of "Air Heaters" for the Top Hatch range is intentional
They rarely fail. There is nothing inside them to fail
What can and does fatigue and fail is the switching relay inside the controller, cycling On/Off
To check if this is the case, swap the feeds for Heat1 and Heat2 and see now if the other element is cold
Swap the wire pair 21 & 22 with the wire pair 23 & 24.
If the Heat1 relay has failed, a workaround until you replace the controller is to put both pairs on Heat2.

`OFFSPRING' - HEATER
The OFFSPRING heater should be heating whenwever the Red LED indicator lamp is illuminated.
This LED should be On fixed from cold, then blinking On and Off while maintaining temperature.
If it's staying Off, switch the machine off and contact us for how to troubleshoot
